Chiaroscuro Enfilade

"Chiaroscuro Enfilade" is an original performance choreographed by Fiona Scruggs and inspired by the European gardens and architecture of The Mount. The piece embodies the moody drama of Baroque art and music, employing strong diagonals, dynamic movement, and intimate vignettes drawn from scenes of everyday life. Performed as the golden hour turns to dusk, "Chiaroscuro Enfilade" is staged as a progressive journey from the French Flower Garden, down the Lime Walk, and concluding in the sunken Italian Garden.
